Our salon floor opens JULY 9th!!! Can you believe it? We have anticipated this day for so long. Our students could not be more excited! They have been working very hard in order to prepare for our opening.
All hair services are on walk-in basis but feel free to call ahead to check wait time.
We offer a variety of services. Some include:

Our student salon will be opening in July!!! We have a GRAND OPENING Special we will be offering to the public. Starting June 18th at 10:00am we will be selling $100 gift cards for $50! We will only be selling 100....first come first serve!!!  DON'T MISS OUT!!

Transitioning from a mix martial artist is an easy task. I have always wanted to do hair and be creative with different looks. Coming from a family of mix martial artists and jocks, that isn't an easy thing to tell your family. Working at everything from truck driving, MMA trainer, karate coach, construction, modeling, acting, singing, body guard, and life guarding! ..but never happy with my job. I'm always thinking of how to help better a person's appearance when I'm talking to them- whether it is getting them in better shape, a different hair cut, different clothing, brushing teeth or flossing, ect. I have a nurturing spirit and like to make people feel good about themselves and give good advice.

My first week at Elite broadened my horizons, giving me the freedom of becoming the person I have always wanted to be. I couldn't ask for a better environment or people to work with. I have prayed everyday to be happy in life but it seems like there is something always getting in the way. But, now there is nothing holding me back. I am ready to be the best along with being an awesome role model and team player with Elite and Spread The Love. I love a great challenge. I am ready to conquer the world with cosmetology.

Elite is excited to offer Birthday Parties! All services will be performed by our students with  instruction from our outstanding Educators. We have packages available to suit any budget. We will be happy to discuss extra add-ons or custom parties! Call us to reserve your party today - (740) 876-4343.

Minimum of 6 girls. Prices listed are for ages 12 and younger. For ages 13 and older please add $5. Schedule the date with us and bring your child's favorite music, party favors, birthday cake and candles. Have a final count 4 days prior the party. 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill. We accept cash, credit, or check.

The Elite Team

Have you ever had the feeling that you didn't know where your life was going, or even not know where you wanted it to go? That's the feeling I've had for the last three years of my life, worried I'd never find a happy place where I felt I belonged. After high school, I received a scholarship to Shawnee State and all of my teachers, relatives, and friends told me I would be crazy not to go. So even though I knew I didn't really want to go, off to college I went. 3 years and 4 majors later I found myself losing hope that I'd never find a job I loved. So, I dropped out of college and decided to pursue my high school dream of becoming a cosmetologist, although a few cosmetologists I have known that no longer practice cosmetology strongly suggested that I didn't. Now, going into my second week at Elite, I'm so glad I came here. Even though I haven't been here long I feel so excited about my future. Not only that, it makes me so happy that my family can see it too. My step mother told me this weekend that "It looks like you've finally found your place." And that's all anyone can really ask for in life.

My first week of school was so incredible, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I've recently been working full-time at a job that is just mentally draining. Although, I'm a little upset with myselt that I haven't followed my dreams sooner, I am very thankful that I did wait. Elite offers such a positive atmosphere. Everyone there is so incredible and I know they are going to teach us all things that will be very beneficial not only to our careers, but to our lives as well. This week has me so excited about the future. I haven't been able to sleep very well, only because I can't stop thinking about the amazing experiences that are to come. I am so thankful that I have the opportunity to be a part of Elite.

As the first day of school approached the nerves began to set in. It was like my first day of high school all over again. Meeting new people, new schedules, and a whole new curriculum made my heart race. When I reached the front door of Elite, I put a smile on and stepped into my future. Throughout the day, things started to get easier. The strangers that were in my classes became friends. I felt so comfortable with everything, so much that I was sad to leave. This is such a huge experience and such and exciting chapter in my life and I'm so thrilled that I have amazing classmates, educators, and a great support system behing me. <3
